MR. ABDULLA AL NABOODAH
Chairman of the Board
Abdulla was educated at Al Ittihad Private School in Dubai, UAE, before going on to achieve a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Business Management from National Louis University of Chicago, USA. After graduating, Abdulla started his career at the National Bank of Dubai, before joining the Al Naboodah Group’s construction division in 2000.
In 2010, Abdulla became the Managing Director of Al Naboodah Construction Group and under his management, the construction group successfully completed major construction projects in UAE. He held seats on the boards of several prominent organizations and companies in UAE, including Oman Insurance Company, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Takaful Insurance, Al Rawabi Dairy Company, and UAE Red Crescent Society.
MR. HAMAD JASSIM AL DARWISH

Hamad Darwish hails from an illustrious business family in the GCC and is the Founder & CEO of Al Hail Holding, a leading investment company across a wide category of sectors including investment & funds, financial services, healthcare, education, infrastructure, retail, real estate, communication, power & energy, security, and technology. He also serves as a Chairman of various businesses and owner of real estate properties across the GCC region.
He is a serial entrepreneur and is a well-regarded name in the entrepreneurial circle in the UAE with personal business interests as well apart from the group’s holdings across the UAE, USA, and Ireland. He is well-known in the market as an astute businessman, a though leader and mentor on local business and investment matters.

Pierre Denis is an executive with a 30 years’ background in the fashion and luxury industry. Throughout his career, Pierre Denis has held strategic roles in emblematic brands such as, Jimmy Choo holding the CEO position. He listed Jimmy Choo on the London stock exchange in 2014 and sold it to Capri for 1.35 b$ in 2017.
reviously he held different managing roles in LVMH group for 20 years: serving as CEO at John Galliano; Managing Director for Christian Dior Couture and LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics in Asia, Europe, Middle East and India.
He has also been Senior Advisor to the board of Coty.
MR. MARWAN AL SERKAL

Marwan is the Chairman of M INVESTMENT CAPITAL HOLDINGS & Board Member of BH MUBASHER and Al Islami Foods. Marwan has more than 16 years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and Financial Markets working with Dubai Islamic Bank, HSBC & Credit Suisse. Marwan is the Founder of CARTER & WHITE and The Precious Yield Company.
MR. MAJID AL GHASLAN

Majid is a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and thought leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is Founder of Front End one of the fastest growing energy services companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and bringing 4 th Industrial Revolution technologies that is fundamentally changing conventional methods in the Energy, Industrial, and Financial Sectors.
Majid has extensive leading high-visibility, mission-critical areas for notable organizations within the Technology, Oil & Gas, and Higher Education Industries. He was a founding member of the King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) and served as its first Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Mr. Alghaslan held several leadership roles in various areas of Information Technology, Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Maritime industries in Saudi Arabia and the USA where he was Vice President and Board Member of the Saudi Aramco US Based Quarters in Houston, Texas. He also served on various boards and non-for-profit organizations including Construction Industry Institute based in the US that enhances the business effectiveness and sustainability of the Mega Capital Facility Life Cycle programs of Saudi Aramco and other National and International Oil Companies through research, related initiatives, and industry alliances.
Majid is now engaged as an entrepreneur in the transformation of the Kingdom’s economic diversity as part of its Saudi Vision 2030 given his background and experience in Technology and the Energy Industry. He has joint ventured with international companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the fields of Energy, Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence, Non-Metallic manufacturing, Security & Defense, and in Media & Entertainment.
Mr. Alghaslan attended Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, and The University of the Pacific, Stockton, California, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Mr. Alghaslan is a member of the Internet Society and the ACM and various other boards such as the US-Saudi Arabian Business Council (USSABC) Chairman Circle and the Saudi Polo Federation Board.
MR. OMRAN AL KHOORI
Board Member
Omran Al Khoori has 17 years of experience in the government sector and real estate investments, particularly in healthcare and oil. He joined VPS Healthcare Group in January 2014 and later transitioned to Burjeel Holdings, where he has been a Board member since 2022. Since 2021, he has served on the boards of the Abu Dhabi Cricket Club, Response Plus Holding Company, Dubai Islamic Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman), and Al Maryah Community Bank.
He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply in the UK. Previously, he was Chairman of Arika Real Estate Company and held board positions with Global Link Company and Al Jazira Club.
Omran was also a founding committee member of Al Maryah Community Bank. Omran represented the private sector in the Ministry of Health and handled business development and customer service for Abu Dhabi Construction Company.
MR. FIROZE NARIMAN KAPADIA

Firoze, qualified in June 1994 as a Chartered Certified Accountant in U.K. He has accumulated a diversified experience of around 27 years post qualification in the field of accounting, finance and management as well as in taxation.
After qualifying, Firoze joined Akzo Nobel’s internal audit department, at Akzo Nobel, he gained significant experience and exposure to industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, coatings, international trade and corporate taxation. He also worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years in the City of London gaining experience in launching and managing offshore funds for HNWI, including developing & maintaining relationships with Prime Brokers and hedge funds.
In January 2006, Firoze moved to Abu Dhabi and joined Sorouh PJSC as Investment Director and later as Executive Director Treasury & Institutional Investors where he was responsible for raising money in the Capital markets and liaising and negotiating with rating agencies for obtaining appropriate ratings for the Company and its maiden bond issuance. He successfully concluded on the Company’s asset backed Bond issuance of USD 1 billion as well as various financing rounds with local and international banks.
In 2011, Firoze joined the Al Sayegh Group as Group Chief Financial Officer to oversee its expansion into Africa in the mining and agro commodities sector. Currently he is overseeing the group’s first mining IPO on ADX.
Firoze has also been involved with spearheading the group’s foray into the agro commodity sector and acts as the CEO of the business. Under his stewardship the agro commodity business has flourished and is one of the significant employers in Western Africa.
n his role of Group Chief Financial Officer, Firoze has the responsibility for ensuring preparation of consolidated statutory financial statements, preparation of appropriate accounting policies and procedures at group level, ensuring staff technical training for the finance department and ensuring that group companies file regular VAT returns.
